Comeback again, Home, Dinner...

1. Again, i couldnt be active on blogs for months.. Was busy preparing for and then adjusting in new life.. something for which i'd waited for more than 7 years....!! Feels nice to finally be able to write something after such a long time..
2. I am missing Nagpur a lot.. I've not yet fallen in love with Bangalore, but i'm trying a lot.. i cannot decide though, what am i missing more, Nagpur or my old home... may be Nagpur, because my old home's there!!
3. Planning to prepare a nice dinner.. Let's see... Egg Curry, Pulao, Parothas, tossed salad and Custard.... what say?

Lazy, Hectic, Crazy...

1. Had pizza today...after so many days of craving! And that too on a rainy day, when i was not at all feeling to take out my car, go and wait there, today being a sunday there would have been lot of rush... Thank god and thank Smokin' Joe's for the prompt home delivery! Though Aai was not that happy to eat it, she liked the Garlic bread... followed by a nice coffee made by ME... :)
2. I am going to have a terrible week ahead.... but a paid week-off after this one is the real temptation to go to work this week... and now i can at least think of completing the wall which i started to paint, but stopped beacause of lack of time.. now i am going to have it painted with 'Warli' painting... a good way to spend that week!
3. Watched 'Rock on' again!!! I can (now) just watch Arjun Rampal (The God) and Farhan Akhtar (The Super Sexy-Man) any number of times... and my iPod is playing the songs of Farhan Akhtar every now and then, virtually driving Shrirang crazy! and i'm sure Andy is feeling a bit jealous, though he is not admitting! i should cut down my talks on Farhan Akhtar... :)

Impluse, Planned, Unplanned...

1. Visited the boutique after so many days... Though i had to collect Aai's dresses, i ended up ordering a couple of new varieties for myself.. apart from the two shirts which i bought! This happens every time... yes, every time... :( I always decide i'll not buy anything, or at the max one shirt or a top or a suit.. but i just love clothes.. and i love to experiment with them.. and everytime i console myself with the same excuse!
2. Had gone to this book market with Swap. This was on my agenda for so long, that i was really excited about it, because i had a full list of books which i wanted to purchase. And i had decided that i'll buy at least 5-6 of them today. But as luck would have it, those vendors were not there, as a part of some improvement trust program, and nobody knew where were they shifted! Hell!! Now i'll have to wait till i fix my next trip to either Pune or Mumbai. And this will not happen at least for the next 3 months... Swap consoled me by asking me to take these from the library. Of course i will! Don't see much of a choice for sometime. But these are the ones which i want in my collection, and not just read and returned!
3. Got a chance to have paav-bhaji after such a long time... one of my fav dishes... at least this was a better part of the evening... hot paav-bhaji with tarri, cold drink and icecream in the fridge! Best way to end a hectic day, and having known that there is a two days holiday after that, makes it even more pleasent!

Great movies, great food, great time...

1. I watched two movies at a stretch : Notting Hills and Few good men (finally). I have seen 'Notting Hills ' so many times before, yet everytime i see that movie, i feel i am falling in love with Hugh Grant even more..! He's so cute!!! And i must admit, Demi Moore can give complex to any women in the world with that smart look in 'Few good men'.
2. After i left school, i never ever had an opportunity to have 'uble hue ber' exactly like they used to sell outside the school! And i could not resist my temptation when i had the taste of these in the exhibition i had gone to. And i ended up eating 3 bowls of those heavenly ber!!! And now i'm pretty sure i will not be able to take the lectures properly for at least a day!! Yet, i don't regret this price which i'll have to pay!
3. Had a fantastic time with Swap and Ragga.. I don't know what was more fantastic: the sizzlers or the fun we had... I'm very sure they both have a mutual understanding between them to make fun of me everytime we meet. and then laugh about it all the time.. and surprisingly, i enjoy it everytime!

So called cute, Actually cute, Chocolate

1. Such a strange thing happened today..i was in a seminar - cum Biz plan competition which my college had organized, and was sitting just behind the judges in the faculty row.. and as someone asked the speaker a question, i turned on only to be surprised to see that a girl in that row was so immersed in looking at one of the judges, that she didn't even realize that i was looking at her!!! and to my surprise, not a single girl in that row was different in this sense!! OMIGOD!! we should stop inviting such (so called) cute judges!!! i wonder why i never found that fellow so cute!
2. Got a very cute (and very late!!) b'day gift from Ashish, a trendy yet smart shirt and a 2 hours meeting over coffee... :)) though we started with his GD PI experience, we ended with a virtual fight over the number of girlfriends he is actually having!! It is so nice to meet friends after such a long time..
3. My wish of having a bumper dumper chocolate sundae was finally granted today. To add to it, i found out the cookies Aai had brought but had "forgotten" to tell me.. and i decided not to have dinner!!! :)

Workshop, Special meeting, Dilema..

1. This was one of the pathetic weekends i've ever had!! i was so down with migraine, that i had to miss my workshop at NMIMS!!! God knows when am i going to get this opportunity again...
2. Though i missed the golden opportunity, i met my grandparents after a long time... it's always a fun meeting them, apart from the pleasure!! And got to eat my grandma's special paratha after a really long time..!! And suddenly i realized, that it's been so many days since i haven't spent a day or two at their place... even when they always long to see us... i hated myself for that...
3. After reading the reviews of 'Jodha Akbar', now surprisingly i want to see that movie... but again, can i tolerate Mrs. Bachchan for 3 hours?!?!

Sweet , Driving, F.R.I.E.N.D.S

1. I love moong ka halwa like anything.. it is one of the rarest sweets that i relish.. and when it is fresh and steaming hot, it's a perfect dessert after the only meal you've had in a day...
2. People drive like crazy, and Aai blame me fot that.. i made a huge mistake by taking Aai to a place on a scooter, instead of a car.. i usually prefer a car over a scooter when Aai is with me.. coz when she's with me on a scoter, she feels that she's about to fall anytime, because of my rash driving...
3. Finished with the 2nd season of Friends.. It's been really after a long time i'm watching this series... And i'm very hopeful of finishing the 3rd one before monday, courtsey weekend..

Nostalgic days..

1. This year also i had a beautiful b'day dinner with Swap...and it was a prudent decision to have the traditional dinner instead of Sizzlers..but still, i wish i'd spent the day with Andy..donno when would that be possible..
2. Gave the students a news that from next week they'll be having regular quizes on their subjects..and the look on their faces made me remember my MBA days..i certainly don't miss those days.
3. Again went through the presentation which i got as a gift... some things have changed, i thought, and i'm happy some things happened with me.. still i wondered why it all happened with me..

College exams, distinct discussion, not again...

1. We finally finished with the internals in the college today. Last week was the most busiest week because of the exams... but while returning to home after college, i sort of missed being in the process of internal exams.. that tension, excitement, sharing notes, trying to ask something to your friend without being noticed by the invigilator, discussing the paper even after deciding not to do that.. oh i sometime miss being a college student..
2. I met a friend after a long gap. And to my surprise, he's actually reduced a lot..!The best part was, he also had to finally give me a compliment on how great i look after the reduced weight.. :)). But we ended up discussing inflation, mutual funds, money market, Nano, probable PI questions(for his GD/PI calls), for over 2 hours and 2 cups of coffee each..! Still, it was fun discussing something we've never discussed with each other!
3. I again had a fight with Aai over the menu for dinner. "I just cannot tolerate 'Baigan ka bharta' anymore"... But i had to eat the same, because, "it's just for both of us radhika, don't make me do anything new just for 2 of us..!" Oh i just hate this phase when Shrirang and dad are not home for dinner..
